🔄 Refund & Return Policy
At Ninja Aromatherapy, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
📋 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and unopened
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have contacted us before sending the item back
We're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse.
📩 How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent without prior authorization.
💔 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
💷 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened wax melts and candles
- Earrings and jewellery with hygiene seals broken
- Cosmetics and personal care products (if opened or used)
- Opened sealed hygiene products
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned without prior authorisation
